Berlin, 15 September 2026 – On Sunday, 4 October 2026, the Gerichtshöfe in Berlin’s Wedding will open their studios and workshops to the public. From 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm, more than 50 arIsts and designers will offer insights into their creaIve processes, presenIng their latest works and projects. The program includes painIng, drawing and graphic art, sculpture and object art, photography and digital media, performance, and design. This year, too, the OPEN STUDIOS focus on exchange between different arIsIc and creaIve approaches. Numerous parIcipants have invited guests into their spaces to develop exhibiIons and other formats together – ranging from tradiIonal presentaIons and musical collaboraIons to digital installaIons. Star&ng at 12:00 noon, visitors can explore the various floors of the historic former industrial courtyards of the „Gerichtshöfe“ and can experience art directly where it is created. The par&cipa&ng ar&sts and designers will be on-site, ready to present their works and projects and welcome visitors for conversa&ons in a relaxed atmosphere. The large courtyard will also serve as a mee&ng place: Tables and benches invite visitors to take a break between studio visits and share their impressions
Am Sonntag, dem 4. Oktober 2026, öffnen die Gerichtshöfe im Berliner Stadtteil Wedding ihre
Ateliers und Werkstätten für die Öffentlichkeit. Von 12:00 Uhr mittags bis 20:00 Uhr bieten mehr als 50 Künstler und Designer Einblicke in ihre kreativen Prozesse und präsentieren ihre neuesten Werke und Projekte. Das Programm umfasst Malerei, Zeichnung und Grafik, Skulptur und Objektkunst, Fotografie und digitale Medien, Performance sowie weitere kreative Ansätze. Zahlreiche Teilnehmer haben Gäste in ihre Räumlichkeiten eingeladen, um gemeinsam Ausstellungen und andere Formate zu entwickeln – von traditionellen Präsentationen über musikalische Kooperationen bis hin zu digitalen Installationen.
Ab 12:00 Uhr können Besucher die verschiedenen Etagen der historischen ehemaligen Industriehöfe der
„Gerichtshöfe“ erkunden und Kunst direkt dort erleben, wo sie entsteht. Die teilnehmenden Künstler und Designer werden vor Ort sein, um ihre Werke und Projekte vorzustellen und die Besucher zu begrüßen.
